Tiecia Ayers was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2013 and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from University of Houston Law Center in 2017.
During the last two years of her law school career, Ms. Ayers clerked for the Honorable Ravi K. Sandill of the 127thHarris County District Court. She also worked as a student attorney in the Civil Practice Clinic and as a certified mediator in the Mediation Clinic. Ms. Ayers had the opportunity to study international law in The Hauge, Netherlands during the summer of 2015.
Prior to joining the Bergquist Law Firm, Ms. Ayers gained valuable legal experience working at a mass torts firm, a civil litigation firm, and in the legal department at the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Ms. Ayers is based in our Houston office.
