Kevin Shaghaghi was born in Houston, Texas. Mr. Shaghaghi received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a concentration in Law and Public Policy and a Minor in Public Administration from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. After graduating, Mr. Shaghaghi was the first in his family to go to law school and attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas where he graduated with honors. During his law school career, he served as the National Security Law Research Assistant, participated on South Texas’s Varsity Moot Court Team, was the Student Managing Editor for the Construction Law Journal, and was the President of South Texas’s Federalist Society Chapter. Mr. Shaghaghi was also the recipient of numerous scholarships and awards recognizing his academic achievements.
Prior to joining the Bergquist Law Firm, Mr. Shaghaghi gained valuable legal experience working as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge David Hittner of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, as a Law Clerk for the Galveston District Attorney’s Office—Major Fraud Division, and as a Law Clerk for the Texas Attorney General’s Office—Consumer Protection Division.
Mr. Shaghaghi is based in our Houston office.
