Eduardo Diaz Kosturakis was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico. He attended the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mexican Law. During the first half of his undergraduate studies, Mr. Diaz Kosturakis worked for a pro-bono law firm specialized in criminal and family litigation. During the second half of his undergraduate studies, Mr. Diaz Kosturakis worked for an international law firm in the Criminal White Collar Litigation and Commercial Litigation departments. After graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree Mr. Diaz Kosturakis moved to Houston, where he worked for a boutique law firm as a Mexican Law Consultant. In 2014 Mr. Diaz Kosturakis started law school at South Texas College of Law Houston where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in May 2017. For the last two years of law school, Mr. Diaz Kosturakis worked for the litigation department of a personal injury law firm.

Throughout his legal career, Mr. Diaz Kosturakis has represented hundreds of clients in a variety of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries, and negligent mishandling of animals. Mr. Diaz Kosturakis has represented his clients handling every aspect of their claim from intake to settlement or jury verdict.
