David Garcia grew up in Pasadena, Texas and graduated from Deer Park High School magna cum laude. He attended Texas Lutheran University where he was an All-American Football Player. Mr. Garcia graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas in 2010.
